Sink

1. Roof are sealed on nock every roof screw and overlap of sink with membrane and sealer

2. Roof is washed with sugar soap with a high pressure washer removing peeling paint and grease

3. First coat is painted or sprayed ( wait 4 hours) 

4.  Second coat is applied 

5. Roof is tested with high pressure washer for any leaks
