Steps on tiled roof

1. Broken tiles are replaced

2. Roof are sealed on nock membrane and sealer

3. Roof is washed with sugar soap with a high pressure washer

4. First coat is painted or sprayed ( wait 4 hours) 

5.  Second coat is applied 

6. Roof is tested with high pressure washer for any leaks
